Hotel was functional, rooms were warm and cozy. Absolutely brilliant view of sea. Staff here was cheerful, I liked everyone. The location was best possible, a 10-15 minute walk from fondamenta zattere. Top-notch service and an amazing restaurant, available onsite

it was exceptionally clean, and i liked exceptional location and staff. based in a shopping area. btw, went to city center, located relatively close to the hotel. beautifully furnished place to stay while in venice.

A nicely designed hotel, I loved, staff was EFFICIENT. They made my stay great. Lots of supplies in the room : central heating, a safe box and a mini bar fridge. It was nice to get wake up calls free of charge too. Close to a bus stop in the really quiet area.

We liked this hotel, it was blissful and spotless. Huge and well cleaned room, big beds, nice hot breakfast. Having different complimentary drinks in the cafe bar was a very nice touch.
